About Nigel
I have always been fascinated by people, what captures their attention, what helps them grow and what makes a moment stay with them.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across leadership, learning, conservation, culture and audience engagement. The settings have been wonderfully varied: from working alongside silverback gorilla keepers and developing education programs for a slavery museum in Qatar, to helping leaders have better conversations and teams work more effectively together.
What connects it all is curiosity. I’m interested in the stories people carry, the experiences that shape them and the small moments that can change the way someone thinks, feels or acts.
I bring expertise, creativity and experience to my work. I focus on learning that engages so people leave an experience with something they can actually use.

Growth doesn’t happen by forcing people out of their comfort zones. It happens when we expand them.
Instead of merely pushing ourselves to step outside our comfort zones, a more sustainable and transformative approach is to actively expand our comfort zones to encompass the uncomfortable. This mindset shift encourages us to embrace challenges, uncertainty, and unfamiliar situations as opportunities for growth and learning. This workshop alows participants to explore the uncomfortable and grow their comfort zones.
