NIGEL SUTTON - Conference SPEAKER

If you're after a speaker who talks at your audience for an hour… that’s not me. If you want the room to lift a gear, if you want spontaneous interaction, real laughter and even the eye-rollers in the back to thank you afterwards, then let’s talk. THIS IS FOR YOU — An interactive talk for anyone who works with people. The talk is designed to shift the way people think about connection and communication. Blending storytelling, applied improvisation, and real-time audience engagement, creating an experience where every person in the room feels seen and involved.
Now, before the eye-rollers in the back get too comfortable… a quick reality check.
I have spent over two decades working with people whose job depends on authentic communication and connection, from zoo keepers engaging hundreds of visitors a day to museum professionals turning information into meaning, from conference stages with audiences in the thousands to leadership teams navigating high-pressure conversations where every word counts. Whether it's working alongside gorilla keepers, developing education programs for a slavery museum in Qatar, or even sharing the big screen with Billy Connolly, my work has always been about one thing: making connection real.
